Hey,

Does anyone know of the best people to install a new windscreen in my EL?

I was quoted $320 from Windscreens O'Brien and $280 from my local guy. This seems to expensive for a new windscreen and fitting.

Anyone from western Sydney or surrounding area would be good.

Thanks

John.

We had allot of fun don't worry about that

Well this this place near my house, its called "national windscreens" and they come to your house and replace the smashed windscreen and fit the new one for $145 but i had a coupon that said i get $25 off original price :D

Some d**k decided to smash my sisters windscreen one night with a base ball bat and we called the same place and because it was a week after mine was done he charged us $100...all because i was nice to him

 Get windscreen cover from your insurance supplier
I insure with Allianz & pay $3 extra a month for 1 free windscreen a year!
Not for everyone, but in the bush I go thru 1 windscreen a year always.

Can't help with the windscreen mate, but next time your insurance is up, go with Shannons.
I just changed mine and they throw in 1 free windscreen replacement per year with no excess to pay and doesn't affect your no claim bonus. Their premiums are cheaper than the general insurers and you get agreed value (only catch is you have to have your car inspected for existing damage).
I was previously with NRMA for $6K cover and was paying over $650 per year. I'm now covered for $10K and only costs $480 per year. Go figure
