hello just bought a white ef xr6 and it has an original body kit. which i do not like to much. i was wondering if anyone knows what these ebay kits (see links below) are like and if they really do just bolt straight on like they say and not need any modification(except painting).

yes i know ill have to paint it but that does not bother me. my father is a spray painter....

AND IF ANYONE HAS ANY PICS OF A WHITE EF-EL WITH ONE OF THESE KITS ON IT THAT BE AWESOME.

EL GT kits with no spoiler make the car look s**t. sorry to the 2 members running it. but it just affects the look of the whole car. XRs without spoilers look nice. not gts.

there is 1 member here running a white EL with that kit but im not sure who it is.

mongoose is running a EF with the kit. gunmetal grey no spoiler. and i think it just looks terrible without the spoiler.

spac is running a venom kit? with a GT spoiler and it think that looks quite good.

why did you buy a xr6 if you dont like the lights or bodykit. lights and bodykits should not be changed on an xr in my opinion but do what you want.

"Buy now" price of $720? I'd be taking a drive to Melbourne and having a look at it first.

Yeah, I have no experience with kits but I've been told you should watch out for the cheap ones. Poorly made usually.

have you looked at the venom kits?
ef kits are abit mild, but the venom kits have the el skirts which are way better, and some pretty awesome looking front and rear bars.
its only body kit that looks good on an e series in my opinion (other than factory el xr)

please dont be another person to put a gt kit on they're horrible, bad enough on gt's let alone a stock falcon.

old thread but I saw my name...

In all honesty... even though I don't have one... Get a Tickford kit. I love the EF GT kit but you should really only get it if that is definately what you want. Not just because you guess it's the best kit for an EF/EL that's out there. Ticky kits always look good.

Plus you won't have to put up with 99% of people on this site calling you a ricer and b**ch about how s**t your car looks

But if you decide that is the kit you want then drop me a PM as I know two guys with this kit on white EF/EL's.

PS to the guys in this thread calling it an EL GT kit, CHRIST! it's an EF... EEEFFFF GT kit!!! It looks nothing like an EL GT. Only the rear bar and grill are based on it!
