pry it off with a screw driver where the bolts are, check inside the wheel arches for screws as well,

they have alot of sikaflex type stuff(very strong) all the way along the skirts it'll take ages to carefully pry the skirt away from the body

they are a b**ch to get off if they have been glued on. If its a factory kit it will have metal clips attaching it to the bottom on the sills and two screw sin each wheel arch.
