Do you own the new headunit? install instructions came with my pioneer one. You need to wire up the headunit's loom and bolt it to some brackets that hold it in place.

go to autobarn and get the adapter plugs makes it so much easier it costs like $30 all up and it becomes plug and play, it will need a plug from the factory ford plug to pionner and another plug which is from the back of your h/u to the pionner plug, sounds wired but thats what ive got. check the aerpro website http://www.aerpro.com.au/

A JVC headunit that I bought brand new from JB-Hifi about 2 months ago didn't come with the iso plugs at the end of it's wires. I bought that aeropro cable thing, cut it in half and soldered the end that plugs into the factory plug in the car to wires on the stereo. Would strongly recommend you do the above if you don't have the iso plug at the end of the wires on your headunit.
