hi guys, just wondering how do you make bottom and top custom airboxes for the ea-el fords 6 cyl and v8 as i messed my airbox up a little and wanted to try and make one out of aluminium.

do you guys have instructions and templates and dimensions on how to fold the metal in the right places and how to make the bottom and top section.

can anyone please post the dimensions of all 6 cyl and 8 cylinder airboxes ranging from ea-el so i can decide which to try as i have a ed 6 cyl

you would be better off going to a wrecker and sourcing an airbox...

V8 is the same from EB-EL, is also the same as EF/EL. EB-ED are different due to log manifold.
I dont have dimensions, but for a log manifold shouldn't be too hard to make esentially an rectangular box
