How the hell do you get them out? i dont wanna stuff something, so i thought i would ask the question first.

Do i need a copper dolly or something to hit them out?

well i dunno if this is the technically correct way, so possibly wait for a second opinion
but i just used a fairly thin flathead screwdriver, got it under the seal and levered it up till it came off.
it was a bit fiddly, especially with heads on car.
I have a feeling there is a tool you can buy to make it easy.

there is a special removal tool but can get away with using set if bull nose pliers or simular.

might find they are on there tight so small tap with rubber mallet and dribble of wd40 might be in order.

all good, i got them last night. one tracked mind againh. i really need to think outside my little square sometimes
