Ok, so the EF wagon is running like a*** when it's idling and when it's taking off...
Changed leads and spark plugs but, not loving it...
it will like miss like a mother b!tch until about 40kph and then it will smooth out..
What shall i do?
Cheers.

have you checked for any vacuum leaks. MAP sensor maybe. Also fuel filter and air filter might need checking/changing.

phong =P~

What does the MAP Sensor look like?
How do i see if it's stuffed? or do i just replace it?
Picture would be rad....
I thought about it being the coil pack but i asked a mate and he reckons that it would be doing it all the time.. like it wouldnt smoothen out...
dunno.

The map sensor is a small black box, with 2 screws holding it to the firewall, just behind the BBM. It has a vac hose going in to the bottom of it

So. i went over the wagon today and pulle dthe spark plugs again and it seems as though i've done a head gasket because there was coolant on the back spark plug. :(
I'm guessing that is the reason for the s**t running.
So, tomorrrow in goes the chemi-weld until the weekend or next. :)
