Would removing the Final muffler on my system give it a more deeper note

Just remove the back muffler and replace it with straight through small resonator.

You will still get that loud zorst when feeding it but at cruise in won't be much louder than stock without drone.

I have a lukey race series muffler and small resonator at the back. At full throttle it is as loud as my old single muffler redback system but at cruising speed it is dead quiet and no drone at any speeds.

Cheers.

My EBII has a 2.5" system after the cat and has only one large muffler before the rear axle. There are no resonators.

It sounds very nice at idle, someone mistook it for a V8. It's not loud but is throaty. If you rev it at standstill it sounds very nice and throaty but is still only moderate in noise level. When you are driving you don't really notice it being louder than a normal system, which i very much like. I'm not motivated to do anything to change the sound. I think if there wasn't a cat it would be loud.

On a standard motor though i wonder if my system actually reduces power. I remember flooring my other EBII which has a standard system and it felt really strong, even at high rpm where you might think a freer flowing exhaust would be better.

Admittedly it was a woman, but she lives in an engineering environment with all sorts of machinery and cars strewn about the place. If she didn't i wouldn't have mentioned it.
