WD 40 is your friend, or there is this stuff called penetrine. both in a pressure pack can.

as he said a little wd 40\penetrene and use a soft hammer \wood and and tap between the studs, this jarrs the disc-loosens the rust and it will start to spring off, until you can hand move it,then clean the rust off both, adjusting the brake-use verniers to measure the drum and set the brake dia.you have to jack both sides to turn the wheels.you will find plenty of brake dust and the shoes may be glazed-need to be roughed up with sand paper---cloth backed is best, flexible,as used in machine shops or sanders\linishers.

WD40 and a slight firm but gently tap should loosen it

wind in the hand-brake shoes.
It will then slide right off. when re-fitting you will need to wind them out till it almost binds, then back a fraction till it spins freely.

Dont the rears have a retaining screw to hold them to the axle?
