I've now read this thread a couple of times.... and read it again...and again... and again..

It contains no question apart from looking like one in the subject, with the use of a question mark..

So I am almost intrigued with what the question actually is...?

Unless I'm missing something...

Cheers

That makes it a bit more clear

With the ELM327, from what I know, that's just an IC (a chip), so I'm assuming you've got some sort of interface for it?

It might be easier if you just let us in on your what it is your doing (if it's not a big secret :D)?

Cheers

If you are chipping, why re-invent the wheel, when there is so much stuff out there that is already available and proven to work?

Put a XR6 cluster in XT & just wanting to get rid of Traction,ABS & (!) lights as mine has no traction control being a BAmk1.
