Remember AFR needs a 2.08" valve to make their flow numbers, TFS's 205cc head outflows & outperforms the AFR using a 2.02" intake. Where did you get that info on bore size, are you sure you werent looking at Chev's flow results?

I asked the Australian importers, who in turn asked RHS. Somewhere here I have a flow chart for the standard 180cc RHS alloy head, I'll try and put it up. This is as they come from the box on our flowbench

Cool, post it up, on RHS website they say nothing about 4.2" bore, they would be a***hole for doing that, considering I am pretty sure there isn't a block available with that bore size.
