I'm looking at purchasing the Clutch Industries RPM Level 3 SSC clutch plate.

This type of plate typically has less inertia than a standard plate and this can translate into a faster shift with a reduced shift effort. This type of plate retains a sprung centre to dampen the impact and loads that reach the drive train. (http://ciperformance.com.au/rpmpage.html) I specifically want the Level 2: SSCC as it is the same, but has the dampening between backing plates, so would be nicer for a street driver, but CI are unable to supply this by itself (and I already have a good heavy duty pressure plate). I've looked at Exedy as an alternative, but they also won't supply there Heavy Duty Cushioned Brass clutch plate by itself. The only other alternative is Level 1 Organic, but I'm concerned this isn't heavy duty enough for the new donk and upped boost. This one is $40.00 cheaper. Might be worth giving it a go, and if worst comes to worst, I move up to the heavier one later... Quote: Level 1: Organic

For being only $40 cheaper, i'd reccomend going the next level, because if your unsure that it'll be ok, it probably won't. I'd rather not change the clutch again than save $40. 2c.
