hey i want to upgrade my ef auto box. lol yeah i know i should just put a manual in it lol but im to lazy. i was talking to a mate and he upgraded the shift solanoids in his holden and said it made his car shift harder and faster. are there any upgrades like this i can do to my box

you can build yourself a shiftkit. costs about 15-20bucks...

otherwise your looking about 2-3 grand to beef up an auto

i payed $2500 for my rebuild with a internal shift solanoid and 2700 high stall but f*cked the stall so now am running a 3000 stall, picked up 13rwkw and 57rwnm from the upgrade and the box is strong as hell.

I had a LE91 valve body mod and solenoid, LE91 front servo mod and adjustment done for $390 box out of car plus oil. Nice firm shifts.

Home port job. 1636 Wade cam. Wildcat Extractors, 2 1/2" cat and exhaust.
2200/2400rpm Dominator More Stall. Stage two mechanical shift kit. 3.73 4 pinion LSD. 15.078 @ 92mph.
