hey,on my elxr iv got a snort stage 3 kit,my cooler piping is 2.5" coz i got sent the wrong size but i still used it coz it can make decent power.Iv got a factory bbm so the cooler piping is the factory shape(lots of bends)
i had the bov on that came with the snort kit the spring in it is really strong so its always half dosed then the bov lets a little bit go and i put this down to the bov,now i just got a turbosmart vee port and its the same,i set it really soft but it still does it.my vacuum supply is straight from the manifold so its good the bov is on the cold side but not right at the throttle body its below all the bends.is the problem in my cooler piping??
cheers

I dont think so mate, i would just check exactly how much VAC pressure you got to the BOV.
Also what are you running on the fron of the turbz?.. Straight to a poddy does have like an exstention off it to a pod filter?

Bin the BOV all together haha. Dosing is now the 'in' thing these days and certainly sounds better. It won't damage your setup either not having one :D

But, having the BOV where it is now is not a problem. What sort of boost is being run?
