Hi all,
I've got a hell of a lot of time on my hands at work, sitting around, doing nothing. So, I'm using this time as best I can and researching and learning as much as I can about numerous different aspects of the EFI Windsor, EEC and tuning. Whatever I think will be of benefit to other members, I'm going to post up. I've found a very informative thread on another forum relating to every aspect of a camshaft. I know when I started doing mods, I knew nothing about the cam or how it worked. After reading bits and pieces here and there, my knowledge gradually improved. I wish I'd found this back then. It's also got the specs of quite a lot of aftermarket cams which undoubtedly would assist in cam selection, for those looking. A great way to compare what you've already got with a lot of others as well. http://forums.stangnet.com/728604-camsh ... tions.html

I noticed on that list they didnt include the ZComp cams 282XE. I have been chasing data on this for a while, as the EMS has a page that shows valve actuation provided the specs are inputted correctly

I can't say I've seen anything on ZComps in the time I've been sifting through everything. Between this site and a file on the tweecer yahoo usergroup, I've managed to work out correct injector timings for low to medium load/rpm and high load/rpm.
What's valve actuation?

Brett Engine Analyzer Pro can also do it for you, but like you said "entered correctly" You would really need to cam doctor the cam, and when your dealing with a roller, the doctor may not have the radii to get the same low lift accelerations blah blah blah. Its just easier to install soft valve springs and do an on the motor dummy up.
