BAs don't use speedo gears anymore.. They've finally updated that old (piece of junk) technology. Now they obtain speed from the rear wheels AFAIK. BA owners win once again...

you can get a whole diff centre (LSD) for around 700 bucks and choose your own ratio, around 3.7s would be the way 2 go!!!!!!
