Any ideas on what could cause the injectors not to function on an EF I6?

faulty injector drivers, there are only 2 in the EF6 if I remember correctly

ecu, caused mine to fail, maybe wiring

Smartlock immobilised, or no smartlock signal to ECU ??
Tickford LPG ECU on LPG setting ???
