try playing with the position of the TB joiner and rotate it so it sits lower, and make sure that everything is firm and in place. try playing with the amount of pipe that you have pushed into the joiner, give it just enough pipe to clamp it and this may give you more clearance( by sitting the pipe inbetween the BBM runners instead of directly on top)
there is something seriously wrong if its pushing up your bonnet, can you maybe pm me some pics? so i can see whats going on, as no one else has had any dramas... thanks

yea sure thing mate. Ive re installed it a few times.
Ill take a video if i cant fix it this arvo. Haha i was thinkin there is somethin seriously wrong. Thanks for the help |

i re-set the ECU etc cleaned s**t, and it performs great! Revs right through, no more flat spots etc
