Don't worry about what oil ??? Just change it often !!! These engines don't like bad treatment in this area... Especially if you drive them very hard!!...I would invest in some slicks,or atleast M/T street radials ...

Yeah there was a guy with a xr6 turbo running 11 secs with Process west but I think he spent too much money with all the peeps I have talked to including the invaluable info I have gained here it can be done a lot cheaper.

I am going to have the fastest car in Aus without a rollcage.

What is it 140 mph and you need a cage ? If so I am going to do 139 mph
Stay tuned.

My 60 ft was 2.166 my brothers with the SS 350 chev was 2.106 I was chasing him but when the turbo kicked in it was all over. What would be ideal is for the turbo to kick in earlier. I raced a 351 and loaded all the way up but lost traction off the line 3 gears burnout. I think I should beaten him but no traction = s**t

10.50-10.99 needs at least a 4 point cage
10.49 and quicker requires at least a 6 point cage
150-199MPH requires a chute
200MPH+ requires twin chutes

ANDRA generally make you fit twin chutes if you run in the 190's AND have potential to go faster. Safety is not something you can s**t about. If you intentionally under quote your expected ET or trap speed just to run with less safety gear then you should never be allowed near a drag strip IMO.

If you really want it to hook up hard get some decent rubber. And depending on what you want to do with the car you could piss off the ZF box and build a transbraked C4 with a gear vendors over drive unit bolted to the back. I hope to be heading this way when the time is right.

And as for Process West (Formerly Hyperflow Intercoolers and Radiators), Their Plenums are top notch but their intercoolers just look inadequate.

the processwest intercoolers are some of the best in the subaru scene, im not drawing comparison between my old subaru and my F6 but they were made very welll and also flowed extremely well

They make some of the better ones for XR6Ts too according to a few tuners down here in melb.

Where do you draw that conclusion from (about the intercoolers)??

I've had intercoolers of similler size and the exact same $$$, plazmaman and Process West, the Process West cooler is the best hands down. I bought the Plazmaman cooler first and i got constant air temps of +115 degs F, where as with the PW cooler I got about 80 degs F. This is very important because the ECU starts to pull timing at 100 degs F..
And I thought I should mention my car is running 15psi.

Stay tuned.

If you want to run 139mph then your gonna need to run a 9.9 sec 1/4 mile.
And currently there are only 3 B-series cars running 9's
Here's the {DESCRIPTION}

Yeah well 9.9 is too fast apparently you need a cage for that s**t.
Anyway Octane booster is it worth the time and if so how much I have noticed products that claim 1 or 2 points and others that claim up to 8 points. I am running BP optimax as it is which is 85 or 95 ? anyway

just a note not sure if its the same in other states but in nsw only 4 point cages can be engineered now 6 point cages will not be engineered so if you have one in a car already good luck if you don't too bad.

Not that many people who need a six point cage drives their car on the road but yeah just thought i would mention it
