Hey guys
im after some advice/help
We are looking at an ED falcon for my little brother who has just got his P's but there is one problem with it.
It seems that the rear parcel shelf has been trimmed slightly to fit speakers in. Can this be fixed? i no that you cant do it but if you can fix it that would be good coz other then that the car is too good to pass up
any help is appreciated
cheers

Easy fix... just put speakers in it!

How badly trimmed is it? I wouldn't worry heaps about it. Many a falcon has had the parcel shelf trimmed to fit 6x9s without a problem. And when you think about it a speaker probably has more rigidity than the 1mm sheet metal anyway when fitted right.

lol that was my idea lol
only slightly just so that 6x9's just slot in.
Im thinking like you that the speakers probably add more rigidity then 1mm of sheet metal
thanksfor the reply

another vote for just putting the speakers in to hide it, just make sure that it looks tidy underneath the shelf when you look in the boot. not legal but seen it done that many times it might aswell be.
