Redline shockproof light
Castrol Transmax Z
Penright Light Gear oil 75
Dexron 3

Thats the order I'd go for.

I put the Redline up top cos thats what most people will say,
However I've never used it, so my votes on the Castrol Transmax Z being the best.

I use Redline Light Shock, and a bit of Microglide.

We use both in the race car gearbox and diff also, haven't had either self destruct since using these..

If its a hell worn box, use Heavy Shock, if its a new box you can opt for Ultra Light Shock.

Its worth the money.

i ended up getting the penrite manual gear oil 75 because the gearbox im using for the conversion has done 265000 ks so i though this stuff would be good to get the extra life out of it
it does say its for t5 gearboxes which use trans fluid
