Ok so my first mod is gonna be headers and zorst... been looking at some threads and some sites, and found these:

http://www.xforce.com.au/cars/view_car/35

Anyone used the V8 X-Force ones? Opinions on sound/performance?

Also, what would be involved in fitting the quad pipe version?
Would i have to hack up my rear bar?

And anyone have a ballpark figure on the amount of dhoras it will extract from my wallet?

Only option for a BOSS, is the DiFilipo big boy system. Best for power/torque and best for noise.

The fastest BOSS powered cars are all fitted with DiFilipo exhausts.

(not payed to say that, just a very happy customer)

I've got part of an XForce system on my BA. Sounds Ok but it isn't the quad system. I've just added extractors too and it makes it sound even better. I've been for a ride in a blue BF GT with the quad setup and it sounded tough. Not as tough as a Difilippo big boy system though.

The big boy system is a twin 3"

Yes, there's a twin and a quad option.

ohk i always thought the big boy was just a single 3 for some reason
on the difillipo website they only show single 3 inch systems for falcons

So ok, DiFilippo Big Boy...

How much does it cost?

And again, if I get the quad tip option, what needs to be done for it to fit?

I'm pretty sure all that will need to be done is cut the bumper. The Big Boy system ain't the cheapest but it sure does have a great note and makes tuning the car easier. I'm not sure on an exact price as I bought mine second hand.

Price depends on options, the headers and cats are stainless, but the catback system is stainless or mild steel, then there's single side or both side output, ceramic coating, installation. Best talk to your local exhaust place.

If you go the dual side, you'll have to cut the rear bar to fit it, any exhaust place will do this when fitting.
