^ Billiet axels were $950, Got everything from G&j in melbourne.. 3.91:1 gears, went minispool again 31 splines to suit, Had to get custom pins made up and machine the carrier housing to suit the thicker axels because they dont thin out at the splines, like the stock ones. (which is were they normaly break!). You can also buy non billet items, 28 and 31 spline, with side gears to suit. if you rather your lsd, in which i dont blame you lol... They say there custom 28spline replacement spider and side gear setups are heaps stronger for they are normaly the first thing to go.

LSD centres dont whine, Its more than likely your bearings. Gears dont normally whine unless you have them out of true, either from excessive wear or from not being setup properly. If your serious about it, make sure you get a set of 78 series gears (not skyline gears) because if your putting out decent power, you will break them. Ive broken a set, as well as a VX SS from work, both running 75 series skyline gears, now both have 78 series sets in them and we havnt had a problem since.
