if you have wired it right the only other thing could be the fuse, as said above...

well u got me beat clampy either u have hooked wires up wrong or one some of ur wires arn't connecting properly or both ur amps r dodgies which is highly unlikely to have 2 new dodgy amps. The only thing i suggest is go back through all ur wiring & try again or take it to someone who or knows how to wire up car audio.

you did split the remote wire running from the HU to both amps didn't you? If you've only wired the remote wire to one amp, only one amp will turn on... I also recommend checking your fuses.

check you have power at both amps, make sure theyre in the right holes too, then check your earths. run a jump wire from the power terminal to the remote terminal and see if they turn on. if they dont then theres something wrong lol
if they power up make sure you have your rca's fitted correctly but they should have a little light or something indicating they are powered up.
what kind of amps are they? brand, model etc.

Maybe drawing up a diagram for us. If you are sure you checked all the fundamentals. Could be bad amps?
