Interesting proof of concept, i wonder if a 4lt with a CFI manifold & a holley or a Gas Research carby would be legal in say a late cortina? I'd still want to use an electric dizzy tho, i hate points!

I'm thinking about a project for my best mate, who really wants to get another corty, he had one about 10yrs ago.

Cheers

If you use LP Gas only, it should pass. I fitted a 307 Chev into a Toyota Surf, and had to run on LPG only to get a pass.

I visited the Brock meuseum here yesterday, had his Torrys there. Brock had said his favourite car there was the HT/HG 350 GTS Monaro.
The LJ with the 308 in it is the prototype XU2.
The digital camera doesn't do justice for the colours.
The Monaro is that Sebring Orange colour.
And there were Falcons in there too!!!!

Just got linked here by another member, crikey that looks the goods!

I'm all for shoving 4 litres' into everything with wheels but I was wondering what made you actually choose to run one?

Are there class rules regarding capacity/weight or enggine layout or something?

How does she go cornering given the taller/heavier 4.0 as compared to the 202? Is the difference noticable?

God that thing looks good!
