Will an ED maual pedal box fit straight into an EL without any hassles? the bolt holes are the same I think.

Yes, but with some mods to fit the EL dash.

1. The long bolts that come down from under the cluster that pass through the top of the pedal box don't line up. You can elongate the holes after removing the EB bolt cage and use larger washers.

2. You will need to trim off the metal fitting for the EB handbrake.

There may be some other mods relating to using the EL steering column.
