first of all what tf are they for?
second, mine dont work, not globes, checked for current with multimeter, no current, not fuses unless fuse box is buggered.

im thinking its one of those switch thingos near the airbox, anybody know which one goes to parker lights and ortr how to rest, mechanic said youll hear it clicking when you turn it on?from the drivers seat?how loud is the clicking?

any ideas before is start pulling the lights off to see if the previous owner modded that too? if he did, what benefit would he get by disabling the parkers?

Not a Auto electrician but what i would check:
Check to see if globe is blown
check fuses inside the car
then check the relays (they just make like a click noise no that loud but you can feel it if you put your hand on it)
I dont know which relay is for the parkers.
Befoe i check the relays i would check the wires connecting to the parkers. Also make sure your headlight switch works inside your car.
Thats what i would check.

you'll probably find its the flasher relay which is underneath the dash on the right hand side of your steering column, common problem, but yer just check the obvious things, globes arent broken etc etc,
