Hi all,
I'm having a problem with a lean idle and nothing I do seems to help. My fuel pressure is set to 39psi without vacuum. I'm interested to know what pressure anyone elses is with vacuum attached, at idle, or what it should be. Thanks

what are your idle A/F ratio?
You could try upping the fuel pressure to 44 |

Idle afrs are sitting around 18:1. If I increase pressure to 44 would that not pump more fuel in across the board and I end up rich everywhere else?

yeah upping the fuel pressure will increase it across the board.
If its that lean at idle, check for vacuum leaks and intake duct leaks, or possibly a bad / mismatched MAF. whats the A/F ratio's like at wot? do they come back down to the 12's? Is it running a chip? |

I'm running a tweecer. Using binary editor.
AFRs are sitting around the mid 12s at WOT. Cruise it sits on 14.7 in CL. It's just at idle I'm having the problem. The maf is an AU 73mm with stock electrics. What should fuel pressure at idle be with the vacuum attached?

around 40psi is where you would want it (275 kpa)
use the tweecer to lower the ve table around the idle area to richen the mixtures aim for mid to high 12's around the idle bins |

Sorry, just to clear this up for me, I should be seeing around 40psi with the vacuum attached to the AFPR?

Yeah, that's where I'm at... well 39psi. Now, when I reattach the vacuum, any idea what pressure I should be seeing at idle?
