ok so i disconnected the oxy sensor an ran the car it ade no diffrence to the idle on petrol and ran the same on gas (smooth). Looks like its buggered so illchange it hopefully it fixes it :)

You guys run your cars on petrol much? - I dont know if you saw the comment there about injectors getting blocked.

They do that if you dont run them on petrol much - may need them removed and cleaned.

i understand where your comming from with the injectors but i give it a good go on petrol once a week and the car starts on petrol anyway. Yesterday i drove a good 260km on petrol still no change. If they were gummed up why would they run Rich??? i also run premium petrol and i have flash lube and injector cleaner in the tank still no differance. thats why i have managed to rule out injectors if the oxy sensor doesnt fix the problem i think it may be a computer issue. Will keep you posted though

gday maybe look at the fuel pressure regulator at the back of the fuel rail.

it has a vacuum line to the top if that is disconnected or leaking vacuum the fuel pressure will sky rocket causing high fuel usage and bad petrol smell from the exhaust.

it is also a possibilty that the reg is on the fritz or siezed up?

:evil: HIYA i'm new to this posting
So i hope i'm in the right place' I have a ef falcon on lpg had a few problems with it a while back just got it sorted out after a few dollars spent. I have one prob left to solve The bl88dy thing wont change gears on lpg its ok on petrol not starving on lpg just wont change soon enough so i suspect its my telgas 5000 tps control box . my question is how do i set it or check it for use, i have checked my connections to the control box found nothing wrong (is there somewhere i can get the wiring setup diagram plz)
