rear passenger side seat belt is locked up! can these be locked up be panel damage? there is a dent on the rear quarter and that door was replaced also recently we replaced the seats what could we have knocked to stop it winding out?

solved, the new parcel shelf carpet was pushing the lock up button on the belt winder.
