No they wont because the EF's & EL's have a different Offset to AU's unfortunately. Thats why if you walk in to one of those Tyre Chains after seeing the thousands of Wheels on show and you go and ask for a set you fancy. The sales guy says " I am sorry Sir we only have like 3 sets available for your EF / EL Falcon!" I tell ya it pisses me off. But on the good side you can use BA rims as they are the same offset

Actually mate the BA rims also aren't the correct offset. Here is the whole low down. If you really want them rims you can either get the copies (same rims as the au's or ba's but made to suit the e series offset) or you can run hub adapters with the original rims.

whats a hub adapter and how much do they cost?

A hub adapter is shall i say a stud pattern which bolts onto your hub letting it come out more, hub adapters are "legal" the il-legal items are the spacers which act like washes.
I got my hub adapters for i think it was $300, they also put them on for me and put my wheels on also saved me a good 1 hour.
