hey guys,

do the early EA Borg-Warner 'boxes have problems with the gearbox mounts coming loose over time?

ive noticed in mine, when i give it some, in 1st gear the stick kinda jerks right over past where 3rd should be :? this kinda gives the indication that the gearbox is a tad loose and twists around a bit, yeah?

this is kinda freaky coz one day it might give way and bye bye driveline

so yeah, anyone have any ideas about these things? any help is appreciated.

cheers :)

Loctite your engine mounts :?
I would say replace them would be a better option, the rubber will be f**k, engines have hit bonnets before because the mounts are f**k.
EA-ED are notorious for it.
