i been playing with car audio for ages and i think its time to update my single din dvd player to a double in dash touch screen type unit

my question is right and may sound stupid but do these units play dvds cd mps (do they have a cd slot in them behind the screen i know it would be easy to goto autobarn or wherever and look but the fordmods is at my fingertips

Im pretty sure they have the Disc Slot behind the Screen Since these are a motorized screen so it like opens up. Correct me if i am wrong.
