I agree, it needs that sleek fastback look on the a*** end of the roof.
that'd look sweet

I really don't think E series have the roofline to pull off the coupe shape.

I think the box cars work much better as a coupe.

I'm not bad with a welder, own a decent mig as well. But i have another crazy idea ( involving a box car, won't say more than that ) i would like to do first, if i ever get my current projects finished.

If your talking a " sedan delivery " ala XP style, nope. A EF or EL has been done, and it was white, as i stated i've seen it in the flesh, and man it was hot!

It would be a rather long time before i could think about building my beastie, and i probably need to think about getting rid of a couple of cars. I have an ED GLI that may be going in a few wks time, giving me driveway space & a few $$$ for the panel van.

I've gotta get my Hz pano on the road, then i need to finish my Turbo Torana off & get it cruzin as well. In between them i need to do some work to the Mighty boy, and my g/f just blew her TX5 Turbo up, so her bro, dad & i have stripped the engine down and getting all the bits for a full rebuild & rebuilding it, yet again slowing project progress.

Talking about modified EF-EL there is a Flat tray EL getting around Mt Druitt with QLD plates, he gets away too fast for me to get a pic so hopefully it will be parked at the shopping centre one day so I can post a pic.
