I will soon be doing a complete transfer of all my EL bits into my ED. My only "gotcha" as such is the ABS. My ED GLi has it, the EL GLi doesn't.
Considering that fact that all the EL's wiring will be installed, would it simply be the case to transfer the ABS bits from the ED into the EL loom and then use ED front hubs/discs. One thing I am missing and will need (if the transfer is relatively simple) would be EL ABS axels for the rear. So, the question is - is it straight forward to put the ED ABS setup into an EL given the fact that ABS was an option on the EL? If yes, then does anyone have any EL ABS axels for the rear of a wagon. Cheers RD

Bruce, with the amount of work required, it's better to fit the later ABS. EA-ED is okay, but again amount of work is a fair bit.

I think you are right Ray, When I strip the ED I'll just set the ABS aside for future use.... maybe. I'll build the ED hybrid without ABS for now until I source all the approriate bits.
