Any mechanic will do it for you.
To fit springs and shocks with a wheel alignment, I got quoted $100 by a little mechanic in Clayton, VIC. Not sure if it'll be more expensive in ACT though. Do a ring around and go to the place that has the best price. Make sure they'll do a wheel alignment for you as well though. You need one when you get your car lowered

most mechanic ive been to here are the add few extra bucks for beer type people so want to purchase the springs n shocks myself. just want to find place that sells them so can get reliable quote , make sure am not paying to much....

If you know what brand/part you are after, just try Supercheap,
Repco and the like. My local Supercheap had a very competitive price on King Springs when I sourced mine.. |

i know for a fact supercheap have king springs for $137.95 a pair plus freight which is about $12.
