a couple of things to check.
is it adjusted correctly? did you contaminate the new clutch with oil/grease? |

i hope there is no oil on it could an oily sump leak oil onto the clutch?
well the clutch was not put on with a clutch align tool or a torque rench but the guy who put it in has doe it a fair few times but is it normal for it to be slipping when i go into second

if the clutch was handled with greasy hands when installed that could cause it to slip or shudder a little..
you wont get oil on the clutch from a leaky sump as the flywheel will protect it in that respect. but a leaky input shaft seal on the gearbox or to much grease in the spigot can also cause oil to get on the clutch plate.. but to answer your last question ..it shouldnt slip on your 2nd gear change under full throttle unless your engine is pushing serious kw and torque... |

nahh i didnt get the fly wheel machined because it was done 4 years ago and i was tyring to do the conversion with a budget
i was driving it to day and it didnt slip at all i think it only slip[s when im doing a wheel spin and snap it to second gear but when it catches back on f**k you hear the diff thump so loud which does not sound good

It will cause a lot less hassles in the long run. At $30, I think that it is worth the extra expense.
