I need to get a clutch for an EF, clutch cable, spig bearing and the hook for the cable. Would i be better off getting these from ford? or is there a cheaper way to source these parts? ie, aftermarket parts, supercheap? moparts?

I've never had to buy clutch and or anything to do with a manual unless its on a motorbike! so im a bit of a noob

Not too much of a deal but wouldnt mind saving a few bucks!

From ford get:
Dampener
Spigot bearing (genuine is good)

All hardware stuff I use East Coast (Ringwood) autobarn/supercheap are just rice.
