Hey guys,

I'm about to put in a set of shelby superlow sprinds with ultima lowered shocks and i've been told i need a camber kit to reduce tyre wear so i had a quick search on ebay and came up with this.

My question is do I just need to buy two sets of these and do i need anything for the rear of the car?

well its the shim type, so its supposed to be more reliable than the thread type. I assume you will need to buy 2 of them kits. Might pay to ask the seller to be sure

you dont need anything else for the rear, apart from suitable short body shocks which you already have

isn't the factory setup shim type anyway ? my ea's got a camber kit but it's very similar to the stock bf setup, never paid much attention to other box cars but i'm sure they wouldn't be much unalike.

when i done the nolathane conversion and went for a wheel allignment it took the guy most of saturday to do it because it was all so far out. cambers only a matter of changing the shims. toe is achieved by difference in the two on one side ? if that makes sense.

ef_paddy that is a dam good price to pay. 18 nonths ago, I paid $150 for them, so go ahead. My EB only required one each side, but check. Change over took me 30minutes a side, and the alignment about the same a side, mind you my aligner is from the old school--no computers, all manual,and checked twice over 18 months with no movement.

The kit is only to do 1 side so you will need 2 kits plus postage so its not that gooder deal. Also some shim type kits dont have enough adjustment to suit lowered vehicles. I had the same issue when i purchased a shim type kite almost identical to the ones posted. I ended up installing Nolathane Evolution "worm" type kits in my EL. These had plenty of adjustment and have not budged in almost 2 years. They can be purchased from Repco. I paid $170 for both sides.
