Are gilmer drives available for e-series V8, im little unsure but I have heard people say it won't work due to the reverse rotation water pump. Can someone please clear this up?
Cheers

Simple answer: No.

Yes it can be done, but it means converting to an early water pump, which will need a different timing cover, losing your A/C and P/steering.

You should be able to get a gilmer to get enough grip on the back side of it shouldnt ya? Its only a water pump

that would be the go.

but i may end up using the old set up in my sprint, only due to the fact it looks soo much neater and you can see the motor it self, insted of all the alloy brackets in the way.

The only thing i cant work out atm is how im goin to run the incoder wheel on the harmonic balance being a TE motor
