any one got any tips/methods/ideas for removing squeeks from dash board and especially around the shifter/selector lights.

im guessing that you have taken the surround out?

if so some screws are more than likely missing
or not quite tight enough, common for when ppl pull thier dash out to have new rattles and squeeks
