Yeah light truck tires last for a fair while but thier costly if you could get a Set of cheap as ones second hand jump on em for sure a mate had Lt's on his 2wd hilux lasted for about a month with some decent abuse but a 2wd hilux only weighs around 1200kg. On something heavy like a ba falcon which weigh like 1700kg the tires wouldn't last that long with heavy abuse

Oldest hardest nastiest tyres possible last longest in burnouts.
I knew a guy with a Datsun 1000 on stock engine who had a washer bottle rigged to wpray dish soap on the tyres so he could cook when dry. Worked until the first rainy day, they had so much soap embedded in them that he couldn't NOT go sideways as soon as it rained... He fixed that problem though. Cut the floorpan out of a Fairlane and inserted a 302W and C4...now it does smokies in the dry all by itself...

keep your "daily" for re3gular driving and invest in some cheap 2nd hand tyre's.. with 75% or better tread depth...
