can these be swapped over, i know the doors have a different lokcing set up onse on the inside the others on the outside, but if you swap the whole thing over including the strikers will they work, i thought i would ask before doing it all and then finding out it was a waste of time...

As far as i am aware, i think they do not swap over. I heard the striker plats, and the metal aroungd the area is too different and wont fit even if the strikers swap.

I could be mistaken, i heard it from a ford wrecker.

I wished I had photos to show, but I don't. Yes, the way they are shaped around the door lock mechanism is way different. They don't fit.

the shell is the same bar the area where it would shut onto the door. the insides are completly different XF is XF, XG is XG and XH is XH but the XG to XH doors do interchange but again the door handles and interior setup is different. but the funny thing is that the window regs i am sure are the same from XD to XH as people have converted there utes to power windows etc, look in tech documents i am sure there is something about that.
