Well dash is straight forward, same as door trims, and front seats.
Back seat back rest and side bolsters are different, and need to be re-trimmed onto your back rest frame, bolsters. Seat base is the same I believe. Obviously wiring could be funny, particularly thinking behind the seats, tailgate latch, and auxiliary brake light tail lights, basically most to do with the tailgate. etc.

My EB Wagon has an EF/EL Fairlane interior, so yes, it is possible from an electrics point of view.

I'd look at it this way.
A fairmont wagon loom will have everything needed, except wiring for the high series cluster, which as BenJ has done, is easy to add in. The dash is the same apart from the cluster, and of course the seat and door trim issue has been covered. So yes, very simple, just alot of work. |

I put NL Fairlane interior into my EA Wagon, complete fairlane loom, just hacked to suit the tailgate.
as mentioned the rear seat backs are the main issue, along with the side bolsters. the rest is very straight forward.
