Stick that subtle stuff in and your car will be that little bit special...
I've got a 1979 Volvo 242 GT which is a rare beast, but it has little things like the electric mirrors from a 240 GLE and a later 4 speed heater fan, the later and much nicer pushbutton overdrive control instead of the sliding switch and the slimmer bumpers and nicer tail light clusters from an '86 model etc.
These things all make a difference and it is subtly nicer than a standard one...it's gonna get better too with some Recaros trimmed in original pattern cloth and so on.
I like it and it's slightly different, but you really gotta look close to pick the differences.
