I have recently found quite a few different areas on my car being attacked by rust.
The underside of the bonnet. The Underside of the boot lid The Rear bumper where the boot lid hits it The top nut on the boot gas strut The reason the boot lid hits the bumper every time is because one of the clips on the bumper is broken, so the rear bumper sticks out 1.5cm further than it should. How do I go about fixing the rust that's there? How can I fix the rear bumper easily?

yeah sea breezes carry salt, causing rust.. once its fixed the only real way to prevent it is to wash your car as often as possible... or move inland lol

I live like 10km away from the beach. Surely it couldn't carry that far?
