Just wondering if I6 and V8 BEM's are the same, ie can i take the blue BEM out of my car and replace it with a blue BEM out if an I6 cheers

Yep, all the same. BEM's only vary between the different model levels. Low/Mid/High series.

However, I note that your car is a 91 EB, and could possibly be a series 1.

Later model BEMs, series 2 onwards, are not a direct plug in replacement. You need to move a wire or two.

Sorry benj, its for my ef xr8 not the eb. As i discovered like waggin said, the bems are interchangeble between 6 and 8. Thanks all for your help
