What he ^^^ said, there is more to it than that, as every setup is different. You havent stated any suggested engine work, or even what you would define as full boost.

Start at 15 and depending on compression and fueling up to 20 degrees advance.

As boost / power goes up.. Generally advance is retarded..
When timing gets down to about 10* to keep detonation away its about as far as you can go..
Or manifolds heat up too much with unburnt fuel..
Its a bit like asking.. How long is a piece of string ??

Some engines once going through max torque.. When timing is retarded .. Over this
rpm range often more advance can be added while turbo / head efficiency runs out..
This gives a little more power in upper rpm ..
This all depends on compression, detonation threshold, exhaust flow, turbo efficiancy etc..
The reason why 700 h.p turbo's are fitted to 4.0 engines that make half that..

My low compression turbo V8 at 18 Lb is 24* and up to 50* to spool turbo at low rpm..
