i have a ED falcon with a gas tank just wondering if there are any ideas what i could do and how to possition them in my car to get best sound quality?

nice set of splits up front, a good quality sub/amps/headunit and maybe some 2 or 3 ways up on the parcel shelf.

Place your amps as close as you can to the back of the car and face the boot. However, the downside of this is that there will be more rattling from the outside of the car.

My car was on LPG too but I soon ripped the f**ker out to make way for amps and subs. But...
Your best alternative if your after some decent bass is the Kenwood 7x10's in the rear without having to put a sub in. Personally I'd have Alpine through and through but the only brand on the market wth 7x10 inch speakers are Kenwood. As long as they're powered by a good amp you'll have a good amount of bass. (p.s) make sure you use spacers if you decide to go for the Kenwoods, you dont want the magnets getting too close to the gas tank!!! |
