does any know is it possible to mount a pioneer cd player in an el using the factory mounting brackets, coz the holes on the brackets dont match up with any of the holes on the head unit.

just screw holes in the new bracket so it matches with the factory brackets. thats what i did with mine

mine wouldnt fit, even without the metal case slip on thing, so i took it off and rammed it in there... its holding fine, dosent move at all :lol:

I just drilled extra holes into the factory brackets to mount the deck to them.
